“College Station to Provide More Options to Respond to Jury Summons”

Brazos County officials have partnered with the city of College Station to provide potential jurors with more options to respond to a jury summons, as an average of 25 percent of summons have gone unanswered each month since January 2014.

Starting in June, potential jurors will have a second option if they choose to respond to a summons in person. In addition to the 1 p.m. appointment at the Brazos County Administration Building in Downtown Bryan once a month, residents will be able to qualify for jury service or claim an exemption at the Lincoln Center in College Station at 6 p.m. on the assigned date.
